Opt-in Listings

Core rules

• Listings must be submitted by a host, organiser, or authorised representative.
• The Forge Circuit does not scrape private community calendars or repost listings without permission.
• Published listings may be edited or removed by request.
• Hosts are responsible for keeping schedules, rules, links, and timezone information accurate.
• Submission does not guarantee publication.
• Shows should clearly disclose genre limits, explicit content rules, platform rules, and submission expectations.
• Listings that are hateful, exploitative, misleading, unsafe, or clearly spammy may be refused or removed.

Removal or correction

If a listing is inaccurate or should be removed, use the submission form and mark the request as a correction or removal request.
